Building Plugin
Description
Displays polygon data on the map using a separate height value to draw a building. Vector data is currently gotten through a tomcat servlet that queries data on a postgis database. In the future data might be queried from Mapserver, using Mapserver’s new GML output function.

- status
o (0,1) layer on or off boolean
- ht_ref_type
o (0,1) set to 0 to calc height from sea level, and 1 to set height from current terrain level.
- servleturl
o (string) tomcat servlet uri
- db table name
o (string) postgis table name that servlet can refer to
- query width
o (int) extents in meters of db query
- display width
o (int) extents in meters of display. when display extents are no longer within query width, data will be requeried.
- max z
o (int) maximun altitude in meters that vector data will be displayed

o uri prefix to wall png images
